Accredited by QCTO as Chef Trade Test Centre

The Swiss Hotel School (SHS) has been officially accredited by the QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations) as an Assessment and Trade Test Centre for the Occupational Certificate: Chef.

 

This accreditation authorises SHS to assess and conduct trade tests for:
 Current SHS students
 Past SHS graduates
 Chefs and cooks already working in the hospitality industry who wish to complete their qualification through RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning).

 

SHS has three registered Trade Test Assessors as part of our permanent faculty, ensuring assessments are conducted to the highest professional and industry standards.
