As a proud alumna of the Swiss Hotel School South Africa (Class of 2017), my journey in the luxury hospitality industry has been nothing short of transformative. Born and raised in Zimbabwe, I have had the privilege of working with world-renowned brands such as JW Marriott and Rosewood, an ultra-luxury icon bringing a deep passion for personalised guest service to every experience.
My commitment to excellence has been recognised globally. I was honoured as one of the world’s top receptionists in the AICR Qatar World’s Best Receptionist Top 23 (2022) and named Artisan Associate of the Month (2023), testaments to the impact of service delivered with heart, consistency, and purpose.
I have contributed to two prestigious hotel pre-openings: JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside (2020) and Rosewood Doha (2024–2025), where I helped lay the groundwork for operational excellence, crafting systems that support exceptional guest experiences from day one.
